1. How do I create an account?
Creating an account with WCLUB is easy. Just click on the ‘Register’ button on the top right hand corner of the page and follow through with the instructions and hit the ‘Submit’ button. Your account is created.

2. I lost my Password!
Kindly contact our 24-hour service staff and ask for a Password reset request. Upon verification we will send a new Password to your e-mail address registered with WCLUB. Alternatively, you can contact us through email [email protected]

3. I want to change my Password.
For a change of Password, access your profile page by clicking on your Username on the top right hand corner of the page after login. Make the necessary changes and hit the ‘submit’ button.

4. Is my password secured?
Password security is your personal responsibility. Never reveal your WCLUB Username & Password to anyone. WCLUB will never ask you for your password.

5. How do I make a deposit?
Go to the deposit page. Our bank account will be displayed. Fill up the relevant fields, hit the ‘submit’ button and your deposit will be processed.

6. How do I make a withdrawal?
Go to the withdrawal page. Fill up the relevant fields, hit the ‘submit’ button and your withdrawal will be processed.
